This privacy notice explains how Lone Star Supercharge, a SAMEJ Energy company, handles information on this website. We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and operate our charging network responsibly.
What we collect
Contact-form submissions: name, email, company, audience type, and any message you send us. Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, device type, approximate region) with IP anonymization enabled. Video playback metrics (plays, watch time) are measured by our video provider. We do not run consumer-tracking profiles for advertising.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry. When you submit the contact form, we send you a one-time confirmation email. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the operational subprocessors that run this site, under their respective data-protection terms: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Mux (video delivery and playback metrics), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the contact form).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email info@lonestar-supercharge.com. We will respond inside 30 days.
